Product Description |
This item includes 90 day coverage against manufacturing defects from the manufacturer, Intex. Intex will replace a bed returned with a manufacturing defect within 90 days from the original purchase date. The product must be returned to Intex along with a copy of the validated sales receipt, customer name, address, telephone number and a brief note explaining the reason for the claim. It is suggested that the customer ship the product to Intex using a traceable shipping method. Intex will not be responsible for any product lost in transit. The responsibility of the shipping cost to Intex is that of the end customer. For defect claim inquiries the customer must call the Intex Consumer Hot line at 1-800-234-6839, Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific time. Please note, Andreas, Inc does not warranty this item.

 Comfortable bed but developed stretched out points |

| The bed is stable and comfortable as advertised but after only a few uses it developed big mis-shapen bumps on the surface. This can only mean that the structure is failing from the inside - not something you expect to see on a more expensive brand of air mattress. |
Intex Airbeds. AVOID THIS BRAND!!!!!!!

| I got an Intex Airbed a few months ago and the air intake valve stem was faulty. That basically meant no air bed for me. They will replace it if YOU spend the money to have it sent back. Needless to say I wrote this brand of Airbed off and will be informing everyone I can not to make the mistake I made... ordering from a slipshod company! |

The frame from this airbed had a leake and it was not possible to change the frame, or to get back the money.
I am still very disappointed. |
